In-House Tooling

Using the latest CAD technology and software, HOPU mold designers and engineers create robust mold designs for plastic injection molded parts, following a detailed checklist to ensure design for manufacturability. In-house tooling has proven to be an extremely economical means of getting your design to production faster & more efficiently.

Our onsite CNC machining capabilities put HOPU at the forefront of thermoforming design. Our Design team will manage the entire process to ensure product quality and quick turnaround time.
